What is your onboarding process like?

Our comprehensive onboarding process typically takes 3-7 business days. It’s a structured experience that includes a full needs assessment, system setup, and an initial project kickoff call to ensure a seamless and successful start to our partnership.

What are your standard payment and billing terms?

We offer secure online payments for all services. Monthly retainer fees are billed automatically at the start of each service period. For fixed-fee projects, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work.
